1. Prescription – What information do I need and how do I submit it?

Complete and clear prescriptions are critical to getting your new glasses correct and comfortable. 

Please include your PD (Pupillary Distance) with your prescription information!

During the shopping process, you will be automatically directed to the page to submit prescriptions by the following 4 ways:

  • Fill in yourself
  • Upload a picture of prescription
  • Email us later if you don’t have it handy
  • Or let us call your doctor.

3. How do I determine the best size/fit for my glasses?

Just like a perfectly tailored suit, finding the right size eyewear is crucial to bringing your look together. Here is how to determine what size best suits you. Also take full advantage of our "try on" feature

  • Estimate your face size as narrow, medium or large, then select the frames from that category.
  • Measure your existing frames in millimeters or inches (conversion: 1 inch is 25.4 millimeters) as in below picture. Use the conversion tool for your convenience.
  • It does not need to be exact but close. Most of gabii frames do come with spring hinges that will provide a little flexibility for comfort.

6. How do I measure my PD (Pupillary Distance)?

Pupillary distance (PD) or interpupillary distance (IPD) is the distance measured in millimeters between the centers of the pupils of the eyes.
