The shipping charge is free if the total amount has reached $69. Otherwise the shipping charge will be $5.00.

Processing your order starts when we have complete and accurate information regarding your prescription and order. If our customer service team has to reach out to you for additional information or to clarify your prescription details, this will delay the processing of your order.

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.
All Frames have 30-day “No Hassle” warranty and our lenses have a one-year replacement warranty for scratches caused in our process, on delivery or with “normal” handling/usage by customer.

You will be assigned an RMA number and a shipping label will be sent to you. You must provide secure and protected packaging for the return and you are responsible for shipping charges of return/exchange items.
Shipping at this time is USPS only. Do not return via FedEx, UPS or any other delivery service.
