In an effort to accommodate our Gabii Fans, Gabii Chen Optics will reuse your personal eyewear (frames) to add a new lens prescription. Although we use the highest level of care when handling your frame(s) occasionally a frame will break or become damaged in the process of lens replacement and/or adjustment.
Many factors go into why a frame or lens may break or become damaged like; age, materials used, and quality. Because these factors are out of Gabii Chen Optics’ control, Gabii Chen will NOT assume responsibility for any breakage and or damage to existing lens and/or Gabii Fan-owned frame(s).
Our associates diligently examine and carefully inspect all eyewear and in the case where a customer’s frame cannot be used, we will mail the unadjusted frames back to the customer with an explanation of our decision not to proceed with lens replacement. Gabii Chen will also not be held responsible for any loss of Customer’s frames or other property that may occur in transit or otherwise.
"I understand that in providing my own frame(s) for my new prescription lenses that I am doing so while acknowledging and accepting the above risks. I agree that Gabii Chen Optics is not responsible should my frame(s) be broken, damaged or lost and that I am responsible for the full cost of my new lenses ."
